Unless due to illness, emergency or inclement weather, payment for your reserved time is expected for appointments that are forgotten or cancelled without at least twenty four hours notice.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged the full cost of your visit. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accomodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
Appointment reminder emails are automatically generated 48 hours prior and texts 2 hours prior to your appointment if you have provided your email & cell phone number. If you do not receive a reminder or have received a reminder, and believe the information is incorrect, please contact the office to confirm your appointment date/time. If you do not receive an email and/or text reminder (glitches do happen) or if the reminder contains an error, and you have not followed up to confirm the information and miss your appointment, you are still responsible for knowing your correct appointment as it was originally made and may be charged a missed appointment fee.
