Integrated Pathways (Formerly known as Therapeutic Bodywork of Maine) is a private Occupational Therapy and Manual Therapy Clinic which offers services for both adults and children. Our focus is to provide comprehensive and effective treatment and deliver interventions that address the root of each issue.
Our skilled therapists work with you to create a treatment plan which fits one’s individual needs. We can also be a part of your health care team, working closely with physicians and other health care providers who are important to you. Some or all of your treatment may be covered by your health insurance.
Please contact us directly if you have questions regarding the following covered services and accepted insurance plans.
Kimberly Clark, OTR/L is a in-network, participating provider with Anthem BC/BS, Aetna and Harvard Pilgrim. If you meet the criteria for medically necessary treatment for an acute condition, than your insurance company can be billed directly for short term Occupational Therapy services. In order to access your benefits you will need a referral which includes a diagnosis from your Doctors office showing a medical need. If you meet these requirements we will do the billing for you. Billed rates will vary with the services rendered and insurance allowances. You will be responsible for co-payments and deductibles at the time services are rendered.
Out of Network or Private Pay
You can receive services from Integrated Pathways as Private Pay patient if you have an insurance carrier that we are not in-network providers for, or you do not meet the specifications for medically necessary treatment (under a plan we are in-network). In these instances, payment will be expected at the time services are rendered. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance for Out Of Network Services, and have let us know this in advance, we can provide you with a receipt which you can submit to your
insurance if requested.
Gift certificates are available upon request.
Payments can be made by check or cash.
